Fund Protection

Segregated client accounts All client funds are held in segregated accounts , completely separate from MGM's operational funds. This is a legal requirement under our regulatory obligations and a structural protection for your capital. MGM cannot use client funds for hedging, business expenses, or any other operational purpose. Negative balance protection All retail MGM accounts carry negative balance protection. Your account balance cannot fall below zero — regardless of market conditions, slippage or overnight gap openings. If your equity hits zero, your open positions are closed automatically. You will not owe MGM money beyond your deposited capital.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication (2FA) All MGM account logins, password changes, and withdrawal requests require two-factor authentication. After entering your password, a one-time code is sent to your registered mobile number or authentication app. This second factor cannot be bypassed remotely — even if your password is compromised, your account remains protected. Biometric login The MGM mobile app supports fingerprint and Face ID authentication on compatible iOS and Android devices. Biometric login is faster than typing a password and significantly more secure — your biometric data never leaves your device. Session management Suspicious login activity triggers an automatic security alert. All active sessions are visible from your account dashboard — log out of other devices at any time. Inactive sessions expire automatically after 1 hour.

Data Protection

256-bit SSL encryption All data transmitted between your device and MGM's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by major global banks. This applies to account login, order submission, account management and any communication with MGM's support channels. Data storage and privacy MGM collects only the personal data required to operate your account and comply with our KYC and AML obligations.
